HEAD COACH - JERRY ADAMS begins his 17th year as Head Coach of the Sharks.  He began coaching SSC in 1991.  Before being named Head Coach, Jerry served as an age-group and senior coach.  Jerry was the 2004 Virgin Islands Olympic Swim Coach at the Athens Olympics.  Jerry began his coaching career at Knolls and Leatherstocking Swim Clubs.  Jerry Coached the Shenendehowa boys for two seasons - and also led the Shen girls team to six Section 2 championships and one NY State Championship in his seven years as head Coach.  Jerry serves on the Adirondack LSC Board.  Jerry swam and graduated from Shenendehowa High School and Springfield College - and currently lives in Clifton Park.

 

LAUREN TULLOCK-CLEWORTH begins her 21st year on staff and coaches our Pre-competitive and Group 2 swimmers.  Lauren graduated from Burnt Hills where she lettered for 5 years on the varsity swim team. She was captain her senior year. While attending Hartwick College, she was a member of the swim team for 1 year and the basketball team for 3 years. Lauren graduated in 1989 with a BA in Biology and Spanish. She and her husband Tim have two children, Madeleine and Calvin and reside in Schenectady.       

TIM SINNENBERg returns to the Sharks.  Tim previously coached with the Sharks from 1989-1999 when he was the Head Age Group Coach.  Tim is a graduate of LeMoyne College, where he received a BA in English/Communications.  He has a MS in Elementary Education and an administrative certificte from The College of St Rose.  Tim is the principal at Charlton Heights Elementary School in Burnt Hills where he lives with his wife Ellen and 2 sons - Nicholas and Matthew, both Shark Swimmers.

ERIN MOSHER begins her 3rd season coaching with the Sharks and works with the Group 1 and Pre-competitive swimmers.  Erin swam for the Sharks for 5 years.  Erin graduated from Niskayna - where she was captain of the swim team, and Hartwick College - where she was a two-time camptain and team MVP.  Erin has also coached for the Schenectady JCC and Woodlin Swim Club.  Erin recently earned her Masters Degree in Secondary Education.

AMANDA NAPPI begins her second year coaching with the Sharks. Mandy is a former Shark swimmer where she was a multiple team and AD record-holder -and a Junior National qualifier in the 200 breaststroke.  Mandy graduated from Niskayuna HS, where she was a Section 2 Champion and from St. John’s University of the Big East Conference - where she attended on a full swimming scholarship.  Mandy works in accounting and lives in Schenectady with her husband Kevin.

FLIP WILLIAMS is in his first year with the Sharks - coming from the Glens Falls Gators.  Flip coaches the older groups at Skidmore.  Flip was an accomplished swimer - graduating from The US Military Academy at West Point, where he left his name on the record board.  Flip lives in Lake George with his wifer Laurie and his 4 children (3 Sharks).CHERYL MARRON is in her 2nd season coaching our younger athletes at our Skidmore site.  Cheryl's 20-year coaching career includes stints as Head Coach at Amherst (NY) High School, Amherst Swim Club and MOON (Pittsburgh). Cheryl holds degrees from Buffalo and Canisius College.  Cheryl lives in Saratoga with her husband Thomas and her 4 children (3 Sharks).
MARIESA COPPOLA is in her 2nd year coaching our younger athletes at Skidmore.  Mariesa swam for the Sharks and Saratoga High School  She graduated from Lemoyne College - where she swam for 4 years - and Albany Law School.  Mariesa is a lawyer in her hometown of Saratoga. SYDNIE WELLS
BLAKE SMITHCHRIS BATEMAN  is a recent graduate of St. Olaf College in Minnesota.  In his four years at St. Olaf, Chris earned 11 All-American honors, including a 2nd place finish in the 400 IM in 2011.  He was MIAC Swimmer of the Year his senior year.  Chris has worked as a club coach in Naperville, IL each summer since 2008.  Chris works with all groups at Skidmore and is the Assistant Swim Coach at Skidmore College.
