Work sign-ups sheets for the Trick-or-Treat Meet will be posted this week. Please look for them at BHBL and Skidmore.  Each family is expected to work at least one shift per swimmer.

The deadline for Ads and Sponsorships for the Trick-or-Treat Meet Program has been extended to 10/17.  Please mail them to Carolyn Manor - 1017 Rosendale Road Niskayuna, NY  12309.  Deadline for the next Meet Program will be published soon.  Ad solicitation materials are in the front pocket of your bluebook.

There will be board members and liaisons available on Thursday, October 16^th at BHBL (5:30 – 6:30) and Skidmore (7:30 – 8:30) for informal gatherings with parents to answer any questions or concerns, or just chat about our team.  Feel free to stop in.

The November Shark Alert will be our first to welcome submissions of photos and articles from club members.  The deadline is 11/3. Submissions should be emailed to Rochelle at mcgeerochelle@gmail.com and are welcome from swimmers, coaches  and parents.  Submissions will be published on a space-available basis and at the club’s discretion, and may be edited to fit. 

Please check your suits well ahead of the Trick-or-Treat meet!  Contact Mark at kmduchesne@msn.com  if you need a new suit – don’t wait until the last minute! Dates for equipment pick-up for fall orders will be posted soon on the practice schedule.

 Group meet schedules are posted on the web site.  Please enter them in your calendars.

The Swim-a-thon will be held on Sunday, November 23^rd in the afternoon.  Materials for collecting pledges and prize announcements will be placed in your folders soon.
